    If your assistant initiates or receives phone calls through our system, we may process metadata such as call duration, call status (e.g., answered or missed), and the numbers involved. If you choose to enable call recordings or transcriptions, those may also be stored on your behalf. This data is associated with your assistant and is available for review or management through your account.

    Integration Credentials

    If you connect external services (e.g., CRMs or calendar tools), we securely store necessary credentials such as API keys or webhook URLs. These are encrypted and only accessed as required to perform the functions you have enabled.

    Provisioned Phone Numbers

    We may provision phone numbers for your account to enable inbound or outbound calling. In such cases, we store the number, the region, and its assignment within your account for operational purposes.
