    3. Setup Option 1: From Agent Configuration

    • Go to your agent's edit page
    • Select the 'Knowledge Base' tab
    • Upload files or select from your existing library
    • Files will be automatically processed and made available to your agent

    • Upload files or select from your existing library
    • Go to your agent's edit page
