    Overview

Twilio's Elastic SIP Trunking allows you to connect your existing phone numbers to OmniDimension AI agents. This guide covers both credential-based and IP whitelisting authentication methods.

    Prerequisites

    What You'll Need

    • • Active Twilio account
    • • Elastic SIP Trunking enabled
    • • Phone numbers associated with your trunk

    4. 4Assign to your trunk

    Option 2: IP ACL

Alternative method - requires IP whitelisting

    1. 1Enable Access Control List
    2. 2Create IP ACL
    3. 3Add OmniDimension IPs (contact us for the specific IP addresses)
    4. 4Assign to your trunk

    4. 4Select your newly created trunk
